Rosa uses her skills and expertise as an Occupational Therapist to evaluate a client’s abilities and impairments. Through a holistic lens, she strives to identify the physical, cognitive, and psycho-emotional factors contributing to the client’s loss of function and areas of strength. When possible, she relies on medical documentation as well as information from caregivers and treatment providers to inform her opinions.

Life Care Plans

(Also known as a Future Cost of Care Report or Future Care Cost Analysis - FCC)

A Life Care Plan provides a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s current and future care needs, along with detailed cost projections. This service supports legal, insurance, and healthcare professionals in planning for long-term care and financial considerations.

Life Care Plan Critique/Rebuttal

A review of an existing life care plan with a critical lens to provide an objective analysis of its validity and reliability. A rebuttal report can be prepared as needed to offer an alternative life care plan.

Attendant Care and/or Housekeeping Needs Assessment Report

An evaluation of an individual’s current need for personal care support and/or housekeeping services following an injury. Opinions are based on functional analysis through direct observation and can include recommendations for assistive equipment in addition to support services.

Situational Assessment Report

A comprehensive analysis of an individual’s functional abilities in real-life settings. Conducted over several hours or days, this assessment takes place in the client’s home, workplace, and/or community. The report provides insights into physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning in relation to key occupational domains, including self-care, productivity, and leisure.

Loss of Service Report

An assessment of the lost contributions of an individual who has passed away due to a catastrophic event, such as a motor vehicle accident. This report evaluates the impact on the deceased’s household, focusing on the loss of housekeeping and caregiving support for their family.

Past Care Services and Cost Analysis Report

A retrospective evaluation of the care provided by a family member to a disabled loved one. This report quantifies the extent and value of caregiving support, whether for a child or an adult, by assessing personal care, transportation, housekeeping, and other essential services.
